报告摘要：We show that suitable blow up limits of possible velocity and most vorticity singularities become 2 dimensional. Also some velocity and vorticity blow ups are ruled out.

报告人简介：张旗，美国加州大学河滨分校（UC Riverside）数学系教授，1996年于美国普渡大学获博士学位，2006年获得美国加州大学河滨分校终身教授。张旗教授的主要研究方向是几何分析与偏微分方程，在CPAM，CMP，ARMA，Adv. Math.等顶尖国际数学期刊发表论文100余篇。
